Child Labour is a worldwide phenomena and it is more prevalent among developing Countries of the world. The total economically active child labour population 5-17 yrs old is estimated at 352 million. It was a challenging task for me to write a book on this subject, but the blessing of God and my parents, family members and all other well wishers. This book provide a sort cut to the students of the three year and five year Law Degree course to enable them to get a broad understanding of the topic that would be covered under the revised syllabus. Thus, this book is useful to B. A, BSW, LL. B, M. A, MSW, LL. M students. Suggestions from the readers will be gratefully invited for further improvement of the book.
