Through outpatient Therapeutic Program; an effective approach applied by MoH and development partners in Kenya, malnourished children are rehabilitated and restored to normal life and health. If effectively intertwined with long-term food security measures and targeted well, morbidity and mortality rates linked with malnutrition would be multiplied by zero!
