Normative Visceral Organs Index for Sudanese School Aged Children Elsaffi Balla

Medical sonography in an ultrasound-based diagnostic medical imaging technique used to visualize internal organs and to capture their size, structure, and any pathological lesions by a real time images. In this Book we assess the normal measurements of liver, spleen and kidneys in Sudanese children and correlate it with age, gender, body height, body weight and body mass index (BMI). Assessment of normal organs measurements at various ages is necessary for the detection of abnormal measurements in organs; most were based on western populations.
