The World Trade Organisation (WTO) is the solitary international organisation dealing with the global rules and mandates of trade between nations. Its main function is to ensure that trade flows as smoothly, predictably and freely as possible. The present need is to make an efficient, speedy and impartial Dispute Settlement Mechanism for building up an equitable, effective and predictable multilateral trading system. The work is dedicated to understanding the mechanism and to draw attention on needs of improvements in the global behemoth, i.e, WTO.
