Oral communication ability is the function of a host of factors. Personality and learning strategies are two of the key factors that determine the quality of oral communication proficiency. The book focuses on this issue, and is based on a research that explores the relationship between these three constructs. It was found that diverse strategies and consistent use of strategies are highly related to oral communication proficiency, regardless of the learners' degree of extroversion. This book offers an empirical basis for the time-honored relationship between learning strategies, degree of extroversion, and oral communication proficiency. Students and scholars on language education will benefit considerably from the in-depth study on this issue.
