The main purpose of this research is to explore whether road user perceive benefits from journey time reliability (JTR) initiatives. JTR initiatives include a number of different strategies and interventions that aim to improve congestion on the roads by making better use of existing capacity through innovative measures that help reduce travel time variability (TTV) and making journeys more reliable.
