Nasobronchial allergy is preventable if relevant allergens causing allergic manifestations are detected by prick testing and further by immunotherapy. Conventional immunotherapy is a technique where allergic shots are given in small doses ?Built up phase? to progress on to reach the maintenance dose. Rush immunotherapy is a technique where series of injections of increasing doses of allergic shots gives at frequent intervals for short period of two days to maintenance dosage. This procedure helps in building of blocking antibodies rapidly for nasobrochial allergy. This study was conducted to see the safety and efficacy of the rush immunotherapy. The study and results are presented. We hope this book helps practitioners and students practice rush immunotherapy with better insight and confidence.
