This book is focused on developing a framework of ?Institutional Development? (ID) process of Farmer?s Field School (FFS) at the community level. Different variables of ID process were identified for the measurement based on literature review and real field situation. There were significant differences in formalization, physical resource, managerial ability, budget, curriculum development and human resource among the FFS members trained by ?Farmer Trainer? and ?Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Trainer?. The development and maintenance of human resource within a FFS is required for the continuity of FFS as an IPM training institution in a village. This book is beneficial for development practitioners, I/NGOs, governmental institutions and students/professors of agriculture, management and social sciences. ?The conceptual framework? included in this book is especially useful in determining the ID process of other grass root organizations of farmers as well. It contributes in making the concept of ID process focusing on FFS. This book can be a milestone for researchers interested in ID research.
