After various health and immunization program India is going through an epidemiological transition and in many states non-communicable disease contributes significantly to overall burden of disease in the community; due to urbanization, change in lifestyle, diet, behavior, no exercise microbes and viruses, more of non-communicable disease cases are reported than communicable disease such as coronary heart diseases, obesity, diabetes, cancers, blindness and road accidents.
