This is the pleasure that the author´s M. Sc thesis is publishing as a book. It is an original research work and the author hope that the information will be useful for its reader. It is very important issue that the nutrient content of maize should be sufficient for its consumer since it is consumed as staple food by the most of the people of the world. The main purpose to publish the book is to share the information for the scientists/workers who are working hard to improve quality and quantity of the maize as well as for food safety for the generation.
