This book take the view that the Church is expected to be peaceful union of Christians leading to a holistic life on the way to heaven. This calls for total peace, which is only achievable in absence of all types of conflicts, this is not so within the Anglican Communion. Regardless of these conflicts the Anglican communion has been able to remain united. The book looked at three different styles used by leaders to manage conflicts. The most used leadership style is autocratic followed by democratic and empowerment. This book challenges the church leadership and offers insight that has caused mass exdodus from our churches and reccommend stragies that can be use to curb destructuve conflict that has hindered the growth of the Anglican church.
