"A Text book on Electrical machines" is based on the syllabus of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. This book explains the fundamentals of Electrical Engineering. The first chapter of this book deals with the basics of Electromagnetism. This chapter explains the significance of fundamentals and solving the problems on Electromagnetism. The second chapter explains about the Transformers which would be helpful for the students in doing projects and it can be seen in our daily life.chapter 3 deals with electrical machines, with their principle and operation, which includes both in generator and motor, the last three chapters deals with synchronous machines and induction motors. At the end of each chapter some solved problems, MCQA and List of Formulae is introduced.
