This is a case study on Hai-O Enterprise Berhad, the leading traditional healthcare group in Malaysia that has successfully promoted traditional Chinese medicine to a corporate level. It discusses the background of the organization, products, market and its strategies. The case study analyzed Hai-O?s position in the industries and its future plans to take the business further.
