The considerable biological and medicinal activities have prompted considerable research aimed at developing synthetic routes to these ring systems. A search contains a selection of the recently reported synthetic methods for the preparation of thiadiazole derivatives and their reactions with different reagents. The intoduction part contains a selection of the recently reported synthetic methods for the preparation of thiadizole derivatives and their reactions with different reagents and their biological activities. The various possible thiadizoles are 1,2,3- thiadizole,1,2,4- thiadizole,1,2,5- thiadizole and 1,3,4- thiadizole. Then in the second part , N-(5-(cyano methyl)-1,3,4- thiadizol-2-yl)benzamide was prepared and we have investigate its reactivity towards different reagents.
