Wire electrical discharge machining is one of the most important non-traditional machining processes used for machining all conductive materials irrespective of their strength and hardness, impact resistance and intricate shapes. In WEDM, there is no direct contact between the tool i.e., the wire and the workpieces, so mechanical stresses are eliminated. The process parameters namely pulse on-time and average gap voltage have great impact on the cutting speed. As wire electrical release machining is spearheaded as a vivacious, effective and exact and complex non traditional machining system, explore is required here for proficient machining. This paper diagrams the Gray social hypothesis as well as Taguchi improvement method, in state to update the removing factors in Wire EDM for EN31.
