As your read my story and journal yours, allow God to work through me, to lead you to joy. In this book we will navigate this path called life. As you will soon see how God's curved, steep, winding, rugged, paved, yet straight forward and divinely orchestrated plan led me on a path to healing and balance utilizing my favorite Scripture, Isaiah 40:31.

I firmly believe that God fully and completely has the power to heal and wants to move us into deeper levels of faith to a place where we can reclaim our sanity, walk in our breakthrough, and meet our true selves, broken but redeemed. My friend, I believe this journey will lead you to a place where I, and you can too, find purpose in pain!
