30 poems, 30 songs, 30 years (well, 15 really). An anthology of thoughts, dreams, heartache and reflections between the ages of 15 and 30. A catalogue and map of my mind and heart as I grew from a teenager, to adulthood and through to an expectant father. Set across the years and across a whirlwind of emotions, I hope these verses and lyrics relate to how you may feel as you traverse the moments of your life - both big and small. Getting these thoughts down - most often in the middle of the night - has been a wonderful outlet to express myself and release the emotion I often bottled up throughout those years.
