Marc and Peg, the dynamic CIA duo, are back. They are tasked to infiltrate a bio-terrorist camp in central Mexico and close it down. Their introduction into the camp is provided by the son of one of the camp instructors, Ramon. Marc had "rescued" Ramon from the Guantanamo facility in Cuba. Peg assumes the role of healer or witch as her red hair and freckles will not get her into the camp of all men. Mexican folklore assumes red-headed women are witches. She manages a cantina where the men from the camp relax in the evenings. She fills the role of healer-witch doing tarot card readings. Marc is attracted to the young Mexican national. This leads too complications as the mutual attraction leads to one-sided feelings.
