Peter Kucherak dropped out of law school, joining the Army to distance the memories of a car crash that killed his family. Smart, courageous, and athletic, he is recruited as a Special Forces Operator. Returning to Chicago, with his Uncle's help, he joins the CPD, only to be assigned to a corrupt unit. His refusal to go along places him in jeopardy. Under suspicion himself, he resigns, but is called back on an old case that involves him in an imminent threat to millions. Kucherak meets a beautiful woman who has information about a suspected group of terrorists, and as he hunts them, his former police unit tracks him to prevent his incriminating testimony in a pending murder investigation. All the forces converge in a dramatic conclusion.
