This book will help you keep tract of, and provide a record for, orthopedic specialist visits and bracing times.



The first section is a place to record questions for the specialist, answers they provide, what happened at the appt, what the bracing angles and bar measurements should be, and other pertinent information about the visit. There is also space to make notes while at home about how casting or brace wear is going, what difficulties might occur, and what has been done to try to solve them.



The second section is a record of bracing times in order to be sure the required wear is being met. There is also space to note difficulties that may occur and what has been done to try to solve them.



If there is a need for more than one specialist, the record can be shared with the new specialist to help with continuity of care. This is a great way to track what might otherwise be forgotten.
