Two years ago, Cat Myers was an ambitious, headstrong homicide detective until the events of one day made her world explode. Unable to continue with Boston PD, Cat became a private investigator and began therapy with Dr. Anne Stone. When Dr. Stone invites Cat to attend a group therapy workshop in Bar Harbor, Maine, she decides to attend, against her better judgement. Then, when she meets the group, Cat really wishes she'd listened to her instincts. These people are not only slightly crazy...some seem certifiable! Cat is seeking peace. The last thing she wants is more drama, but if Cat thought she could avoid madness and mayhem by ditching her former life, she was wrong. Dead wrong.
