The education system is an organization which provides teaching services to direct customers (students) and indirect customers (the general public). Today these customers are not satisfied with the services. This book describes an analysis from the point of view of both direct and indirect customers on the quality of the services provided by the current education system. The analysis reveals the primary source of the deficiency to fulfill the expectations of its customers, and contains specific conclusions with a detailed road map how to adapt the current education system to the expectations of customers at the 21st century. The analysis covers pedagogical issues at the level of the classroom and issues of economy and organizing the education system at the level of a country. The text is written for the non expert reader with no prior prerequisites in either education or economy or organization management.
