The Lord's prayer in (Matthew 6: 12) reads; forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. Clearly, when we have unforgiveness in our hearts, we are walking around without kingdom power. For example, if we were to pull the plug out from the wall and move a lamp to another room, then the light won't shine until we plug it back into a live main source. We can rebuke the lamp, we can pray over it and we can even pour holy oil on it, but the light won't shine again until it is reconnected to the source with the power. Similarly, we have a spiritual disconnect from our heavenly Father when we carry unforgiveness. No heavenly power is made available for us to use during that time. God's power absolutely will not pass through unforgiveness in order to reach us. (Matthew 6:13) reads, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one: For thine is the kingdom, and the power and the glory. All power must be grounded. And power can only be released safely in proportion to what the receiver can handle! Now, that is a very powerful concept that I don't want you to miss. In every situation where there is too much power released without control, that power has the potential to destroy the vessel that it goes into. That's why we need to be careful when we use the power that comes from God. If we use God's power without His blessing, then that power is cursed. If we are enticed to use Satan's power instead of God's power, then we will self-destruct unto death.
