Taking a critical lens to 21st century Christianity and Western tradition, Richard Haynosz explores why -- despite great turmoil, chaos, loss, schism, complacency, and unknowns -- there is still rational hope for not just us as people, but also for the very fabric of who we are. This is my grandfather's book, one that he wrote and re-wrote several times over that he wanted me to publish for him. It is the culmination of over a decade of his thoughts and reflections that he assembled with care. To agree or disagree--ultimately he taught me that what is most important is the discussion.
