From Director, Carrie Leung: "MakeFashion Edu began because my students came to me, excited by fashion tech projects they'd seen adults make, and said, "We want to do that!" That might sound simple enough, but ask any parent or teacher, and they'll tell you how hard it can be to find educational projects that kids are excited and motivated to work on. So I teamed upwith Shannon Hoover, creator of the adult MakeFashion show, and ever since, my students (and others around theworld) are still jumping at the chance to design their own fashion tech.
