COLLISION a trilogy explores the colliding impact of child abuse. This journey is captured in three novel plays: Trance Medium traces abuse back to its karmic cause; We're Family examines its consequences on a daughter's wedding; and Collision is an unexpected love story, which tracks a limo ride that delivers two abused souls to a romantic new beginning. Trance Medium - Two guys and their new aristocrat British friend attend a Trance Medium session. It reveals a nexus between them during WWI. Two were pilots and the third was a woman whose flirtatious actions led to the death of the guys. Also, unresolved abuse from a previous existence bleeds into the present. With their Mafia partner, the first guy and his wife record their new aristocrat friend in a humiliating S& M session. They extort him but news of his beautiful young wife being thrown under a train changes everything. All hell breaks loose. We're Family - A wedding looms as a father is forced to confront reality. In his race to succeed, he lost everything and everyone - including himself. His daughter, the bride-to-be, is manipulated by her spiteful uncle into adding Grandma, who also abused him, to the guest list. Seeking strength and answers, this dad immerses himself on a spiritual journey. Was his fall the result of circumstances beyond his control or a self-inflicted response to his mother's abusive behavior? Collision - A limo driver is dispatched from Virginia for an early morning pickup in NYC. That morning, he welcomes two passengers - one of whom is heiress to a fortune. Inexplicably, they spark a connection. However, she is physically and mentally challenged by a car accident, which obliterated her short-term memory. Each day starts as a blank slate. Her caregiver is of Nigerian royalty with an elitist black attitude. She encourages the romance. On the other side of the pond, the caregiver's Oxford educated son manages the family's sequestered oil wealth. He oozes rage over his father's rejection. It manifests in his undergoing a sex change. He steals the family's fortune but is caught before escaping into obscurity as a woman.
