This book contains thirty African American classroom warm-up activities, ranging from 5 to 10 minutes each (for students in grade 5 through high school and above). These warm-up activities were designed to improve students' research, teamwork, exploration, recall, discussion, and reasoning skills across curricula (math, history, English, science, etc.), while enhancing students' awareness, appreciation, and basic knowledge of the countless contributions of African Americans in every aspect throughout our Country's history.
