The author's children (4 and 7 years old) love this story. The author's children also share is taste for the macabre. It is fully possible that your children may not dig this story quite so much because it is GROSS and CREEPY. It's also possible they'll love it even more because it is GROSS and CREEPY. I suggest you have a quick read yourself before presenting it to any impressionable young minds: )
