Imagine My Face is a long, epic, narrative poem telling the story of a Caribbean-American family encountering discrimination, hardship and adversity. As disciplined, hard-working Christians, even when faced with tragedy and heartbreak they continue to persevere, strengthened by the will of God, and inspired by each other. The physical descriptions for the main protagonists are excluded to allow readers the opportunity to visualize a family with sentimental, and emotional connection to them. This epic poetry was inspired by human rights movements, such as the Black Lives Matter Movement, Women's Right for Equality and others.
