People say, "Time heals all wounds." If this statement is true, why did the adult me carry wounds that were inflicted during childhood? Actions and words that seemed harmless penetrated my heart and left me with a wounded spirit. On the surface, I appeared healed, but when someone would touch that area, I would have a negative reaction. Are you angry, bitter, depressed, co-dependent, have low self-esteem, struggling with addiction, critical of others, feeling rejected, cannot trust, or refuse to let people get close to you? Maybe, you have heart wounds that are not healed and have left you with a wounded spirit. Take this journey of discovery with me.
