School Tie is a whodunnit based on the premise that the people we knew at school, had shared experiences with and now keep in touch with over social media may not really be our friends. It is a very character driven story which exposes the problem with only interacting on social media and the naivety of people who expose too much compared with those who don't tell the full story. Six people are invited to a school reunion via Facebook. Their lives have taken different paths since, but old feelings and memories are reawakened at the reunion leading to dangerous liasons, friendship, revenge and murder. Initially, the reunion appears to be a washout but it isn't long before the guests realise they are the only ones invited and why. As the evening progresses, one guest is murdered soon to be followed by another but the killer has made a mistake in inviting one man who will stop at nothing to solve a crime.
