The purpose of this book is to offer an Instructor Credentialing Program that martial arts schools can implement to deliver a more comprehensive training experience for students. The overall program is broken into 15 seminars, ranging between one to four hours each, aimed at preparing a student to not only teach martial arts, but to do so in an ethical and efficient manner. This book is formatted into chapters that represent each of the seminars that make up the Instructor Credentialing Program. The chapters are broken into three sections: Overview, Lecture, and Practical Application. Instructors who are conducting training can use the outline in the Lecture section as a guide to teach their seminar. A Practical Application exercise is included for students to preform after they receive the lecture. The included seminar outlines are a general proposal and can be adjusted to meet the specific needs of the adopting Dojo.
