Five young boys set out on an adventure of a lifetime to capture the mysterious renegade stallion Dragon's Breath! Four adopted brothers who call the "Flying M" ranch home deep in the Black Hills of South Dakota, join forces with an American Indian boy to form the Five Buckaroos. The Buckaroos take an oath that before summer is over that they will catch the wiley stallion who has taken several mares from area ranches to form his own wild band. The boys have a lot at stake because two of the mares are their own. It is a wild and woolly adventure from the get go, this mysterious stallion is special and the boys know it.
