Late to the Game is collection of biographical poems that reflect several facets of the life of poet Bill Murphy. The poems deal with characters from his childhood (family and friends) as well as events from other times in his life, for example, his service as a missionary priest in Tanzania, East Africa. Not arranged in chronological order. the poems meander through the ups and downs of the poet's life as they highlight the little miracles that make a life.
