Life is a stage, we are actors passing across a message through our performance. Leadership is being responsible to a person or group of people. It is not a title, self-gratification, or personal satisfaction. Society needs to know how leaders should evolve and what leadership entails. Knowing what you want and how to get it makes a lot of difference in the affairs of life. Many societies expect a sudden welfare improvement and societal development without considering how it will come to pass. Individuals in society are responsible for the good and evil that befall them. When a society consciously or unconsciously ignores the welfare of her Youth, it will suffer future shipwreck. A society that seeks stability, peace, progress, and development must consciously and consistently nurture the potentials of the Youth. This book is a wake call on society to discover her resources; the potential of the Youth in terms of leadership roles. It is a call on society for self-discovery. At the foot of mount Parnassus stand the 2500-year-old temple at Delphi with an inscription on its marble-KNOW THYSELF. It holds a deep meaning to every society of today that desires a brighter future.
