The American dream doesn't happen for all rookies. Some dudes get lucky, some jinxed. Richard was among the lucky stars. Fleeing from the abject, corrosive squalor of the African continent, he landed on American soil. The dream grasped him 'Wham!' like an electric current, when he inherited a small community security out from a Ghanaian, who was on a jack o' lantern ride to join politics in Ghana. Luck, percentage or both took Richard as though a sucker punch. The sleazy, flesh-less community outfit metamorphosed into a legendary, most sought after Security Company. Hollywood stars, Wall Street money bags, became his clients and in no time, history was re-written. Richard's over flowing bank account received accolades at home and changed his only brother Chukwura into a nouveau riche. It was all the way a dream come true, until Richard sent his only son back to Nigeria to be indoctrinated in the Ibo culture. Tragedy never knocks before striking. Richard's only son was abducted for ransom in Nigeria. This influenced a disreputable, envious uncle of Richard, who roosted in the quagmire to set the family on fire, which consumed Chukwura.
