When a teenager dies in a brutal fashion near the local high school, Detective Mustafa and his team are sent to investigate. After speaking with the victim's family and acquaintances, the only conceivable motive Detective Mustafa can fathom is a case of bullying gone too far. But is this the true motive, or just a coincidence? Faced with no leads and an unconfirmed motive, even though the killer placed his signature mark on the victim, the detective and his team are stumped, and soon, another body turns up with the same signature mark. Detective Mustafa and his colleagues must work together to stop the crimes, but can he string together the clues to identify the murderer? As the body count continues to climb, it seems the murders are continuing with increasing ruthlessness. A shady form of justice seems to be playing out across the country. Whose place is it to decide the fate of another? And just who is qualified to mete out justice when the penalties are so severe?
