Bitter, Broken and Burdened David begged God, "Restore the Joy of my salvation." He was vulnerable, in dire need of God's love, mercy and grace. His heart that once burned with passion to serve his maker had faltered under pressure, betrayal, rejection, disappointment and pain. Yet, with these words he chose surrender and in doing so, God granted him healing. Like David, we can choose to be reunited with God...
