Ethics: Theory and Reality offers teachers and students an introduction to ethical principles that dictate human behavior. As the title says, it is an introduction to the key theories of ethics and their application to reality. Unlike many books on Ethics that were written from the teacher's vantage point, this book was both inspired by and written for learners of Ethics. Our ultimate aim is to reply to their questions while introducing them deeper into ethical theories and practice. Ethics is quite a different course. All other courses give information to the students, which leads to skills. Ethics gives not only information and skills on how to deal with different ethical dilemmas, but it also gives formation. The students of ethics are expected not only to gain ethical skills; they are also expected to gain transformation. A study of ethics is not just about information, it is also about transformation. This is because ethics always comes down to our character and the actions that flow from it. But because many times behind our actions there are deep rooted theories and beliefs, the book tries to present both the theories and the practice of ethics.
