Heart of the Beast (2026 Film)
Heart of the Beast is an intense and emotional survival thriller starring Brad Pitt, directed by David Ayer, who has previously been behind films such as Fury, End of Watch, and The Beekeeper.
Brad Pitt plays former elite soldier James Belmont, who, after a violent plane crash, is stranded deep in the unforgiving wilderness of Alaska together with his loyal military dog, Odin. Far from civilization and without the possibility of calling for help, the two must fight against extreme weather conditions, hunger, and a long series of life-threatening challenges. Their military training and strong instincts become crucial in the fight to survive, but in the end, it is their loyalty and trust in each other that prove to be their greatest strength.
The film was shot in New Zealand's impressive natural landscapes, which form the setting for the harsh wilderness in Heart of the Beast.
