Foundation: the Trumpet Concertos
Rex Richardson
The well-seasoned, critically acclaimed virtuosic trumpet of Rex Richardson has been present on many recordings, both jazz & classical, mostly new works. This time, on his eighth solo recording, it's different. The tunes here are Rex's take on the 'foundation' tunes that he was influenced by - NOT using 'period' instruments or authentic period instruments, but RATHER, his own interpretation!
