Fugue State
Western MA has a new punk face with Fugue State, reminiscent of The Gun Club but with a psychedelic twist. Founded in 2022 by Shane Bruno (Bridge of Flowers), their music features cavernous echoes and intense Soviet fuzz. The songs explore themes like existential dread, hometown decay, and relationships, immersing listeners in a stream-of-consciousness experience.
